After sale service for POWERTRAC tractor customers
“Twelve months from the date of delivery tractor to the customer or 1500 hours of operation which occurs earlier”.
Four times inspection and oil change services shall be done during the tractor is in warranty period. For parts replacement and repair services during warranty, expenses incurred for spare parts, lubricant, travelling charges, toll charges and meal for the service men shall be provided by company side if the failure cause comply to warranty policy.
During the handover of the tractor at the end-user’ field, installation service will be conducted by the service team.
